A new nine every day
Daily Chains is a free disc golf game you play in the browser. Every day at midnight a new nine opens – a real course, the same holes, the same wind and the same weather for everyone. You get one ranked round a day, and the leaderboard shows how everybody did.
How a throw works
- Aim. Drag on the map (or tap) to set your line. The dashed preview shows where a clean throw goes with the disc you picked.
- Power. Press Throw to reach back, then press again to lock the power.
- Release. A needle sweeps across the timing bar – stop it in the green zone. Early pulls the disc, late pushes it.
Pick discs, angles (hyzer, flat, anhyzer, rollers) and styles (backhand, forehand, overhand) like on a real course. Trees, OB lines, hazards, mandatories and drop zones follow the course’s own tee signs where we have them. Inside 20 m you putt; long putts go into slow motion.
Modes
- Daily round – the ranked nine of the day. You can leave and come back to it.
- Practice – any course and any nine, as often as you like. Never ranked.
- Multiplayer – pass and play for 2–4 players on one phone: honours on the tee, then farthest from the basket throws.
- Putting (JYLY) and Closest to the pin – short daily challenges with their own boards.
The courses
141 real courses – Sweden’s top-rated ones and the world’s highest-rated on UDisc – rebuilt from their real tee and basket positions, terrain and woods. OB lines, hazards and mandos come from tee signs, UDisc notes and course pages; that work is ongoing, course by course.
Hole positions, pars and lengths: UDisc. Map features: © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL). Elevation: AWS Terrain Tiles (Mapzen terrain data). Woods: ESA WorldCover 2021 (CC BY 4.0). Daily Chains is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with UDisc, the PDGA or the courses.
